Over the past 10 years PSM has supported Philips in tackling and resolving a wide range of strategic and operational issues covering businesses in Asia Europe and the Americas.

PSM helped BP address operational and strategic issues in several chemicals businesses it had acquired, and supported the preparation of a business development programme for BP Marine.

Gemalto management selected PSM to assist in the post-merger integration of Gemplus and Axalto, the global industry leaders in smartcards - used in banking, mobile phones and security applications.

PSM carried out an interactive challenge of ‘front-end’ in-branch sales processes resulting in radical improvements in the effectiveness of the Bank’s customer-facing processes.

Following the restructuring of DAF in the early 1990’s PSM were engaged to help prepare and implement the manufacturing strategy for the business in Holland, Belgium and the UK.

PSM has supported David S Smith to improve the performance of specific packaging materials factories in Australasia and Europe.

Based on our best-practice Process Optimisation approach, PSM worked with the senior Operational Transformation team to develop the Barclays approach to Process Reengineering. This was subsequently rolled out across Barclays as a new standard.
